Jeff Booher is CEO of Booher Consultants, leading the organization to help its clients turn information into results.
He started with Booher in 1998 as Vice President – General Manger substantially growing its course offerings, client base, and infrastructure. He established strategic partnerships with top-tier training firms in Europe, South America, and the Middle East to bring Booher content to those regions in local languages.
Jeff led two other professional services organizations from 2005-2012 to improve both service quality and capacity as they served Fortune 100 clients to drive employee engagement and performance.
He returned to his passion of helping individuals and organizations improve performance and productivity through training in 2013 by rejoining Booher as CEO.
Jeff holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three amazing children: Courtney, Grant, and Jake. He’s a triathlete and loves coaching others to achieve more than they ever dreamed possible.

Ken leads a team of seasoned consultants who have specialized in the field of communication for the past thirty years.
He is responsible for day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, and new business development across all sectors, including areas of specialization for Booher: oil-and-gas, engineering, healthcare/pharma, high-tech, financial/insurance, and manufacturing.
Ken’s prior experience includes more than 15 years in the employee benefits field in various capacities including client service, business development, and practice leader for Aon Consulting. In that capacity, he served numerous national and global employers in a variety of industry segments through his employee benefits background and subject-matter expertise on wellness and group healthcare solutions.
Ken holds a bachelor of science in business marketing from Kansas State University. He volunteers his time with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and also serves on the boards of the Church at Coffee Creek and Habitat for Humanity International.
Ken and his wife, Michele, have two sons: Logan and Blake. He enjoys competing in triathlons focusing on the half-ironman distance.
Director of Client Services
With Booher since 1990, Polly Fuhrman currently serves as Director of Client Services. Her mission is to “get it right” for our clients, supervising all aspects of international training delivery and event coordination. Serving as liaison between our team of consultants, sales staff, and our production team, she is responsible for crucial communication to make sure that client events happen as expected—no glitches.
Polly holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Dianna Booher, MA, CSP, CPAE
Dianna founded Booher Consultants in 1980 to teach a systematic and productive process for communicating clearly, concisely, and credibly.
Dianna’s extensive and ongoing research and published works in the field of business communication and productivity serve as the foundation for Booher’s training and consulting services.
As the author of 46 books, translated into 26 languages, Dianna has published with Simon & Schuster/Pocket Books, Warner, McGraw-Hill, Random House, Thomas Nelson, and Berrett-Koehler. Today, many of her books can be found on Amazon.com.
Dianna has received the highest awards in the professional speaking industry, including CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame® (induction by National Speakers Association). She has also been interviewed by Good Morning America, USA Today, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, NPR, The New York Times, Washington Post and many others.
Dianna earned a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Houston.
